Policies

I genuinely appreciate everyone that sits in my chair. It is because of you all that I am able to remain in business doing what I love. Being a business owner I have policies set in place to keep my operations running smoothly. Please note that any and all policies are subject to change on an "as needed" basis.

 

- Cancellation Policy: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT 

* My booking app REQUIRES a card on file to book an appointment. IF you are not comfortable with that, please text my salon number and we will discuss other options.*

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours there will be a 50% fee charged to your card on file. If you do not show up to your appointment, there will be a 100% fee charged to your card on file. Not showing for your appointment will automatically result in being blocked from booking future appointments.

 -Late fee: You are allowed a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive to your appointment after that, a $15 late fee will be charged and I cannot guarantee we will be able to do your entire service. I will accommodate as needed or we will reschedule. 

-No refunds: Absolutely NO refunds. If you are dissatisfied with a service you received you have 48 hours to contact me and we will schedule a time within 7 days for you to come in and correct the service at no charge. 

-* I DO NOT WORK ON SATURDAYS. I WORK AFTER 5PM EVERY FRIDAY AND EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY. IF YOU NEED AN AFTER 5PM ON A MONDAY, THERE IS A $25 FEE.
